During his visit the grand duke chatted to members of the logistics unit staff and learned about its work. The logistics unit’s main objective is to ensure the national stock of essential equipment, including personal protective equipment, medicines and medical devices, is maintained and distributed where needed. Health minister Paulette Lenert (LSAP) was also on hand to explain details of the unit's operation to the grand duke. The crisis centre is located in the Villa Louvigny building that currently houses the health ministry in the city park.
