The firm, which already serves nine destinations from Luxembourg (with the Dublin connection starting in October 2018), said the twice-weekly service was part of its summer 2019 programme.

Tickets were already available to purchase at the time of publishing.

Ryanair began operating flights to Luxembourg in May 2016, linking the grand duchy to London Stansted and Porto.

Since then its network grew rapidly, making it the second-biggest airline in terms of passengers in Luxembourg in 2017. The same year, Ryanair counted over 450,000 passengers to and from Luxembourg, up from 200,000 in the first year.
