Simon’s lime&ginger is brew is the first flavoured non-alcoholic beer made by a Luxembourg brewery.

Following the release of its “classic” non-alcoholic beer in the autumn of 2019, Brasserie Simon has now launched a lime and ginger beer that also has 0.0% alcohol. The new flavour is the result, says the brewery, of “months of research and observations on the trends that appeal”. The brew, available in 33cl bottles, has just a hint of ginger to give it a “zesty, yet gentle taste”.

With less than 24 kcal per 100ml, the beer also aims to meet what Simon says is a growing trend towards moderate alcohol consumption and a healthier lifestyle. “It is also the ideal after drink for sportsmen and -women, looking for isotonic compensation, and pregnant or breastfeeding women,” the brewery reckons.
