The winner of the ILCC’s business plan competition will be seeded directly in the quarter finals of the pitch contest at The Summit, a technology conference in Dublin that last year drew 10,000 attendees. The Summit organisers have said they expect more than 20,000 to attend this autumn.
The ILCC contest is open to any early stage (which the Irish chamber defined as a firm with less than $3 million raised) technology start-up based in the Grand Duchy, the Irish chamber said on Friday. Entrants do not need to be ILCC members.
The deadline to apply is September 15. Finalists will give a 10 minute presentation to a panel of judges during a Irish chamber networking event on October 15, with awards given the same evening. The Summit will be held November 4 to 6.
