Announcing the “exciting new project” via her Twitter account on Thursday 9 August, Tessy said she will be publishing podcasts and news on the site. Describing herself as “Humanitarian, Activist, Mother”, Tessy has appealed to visitors to contact her. “I want to hear from you about your projects on women's empowerment and social impact.”

The website contains information about her work as “an outspoken women’s rights activist” and also references her time in the military and her advocacy with UNAIDS.

Currently based in London, Tessy is the co-founder of Professors Without Borders, which specialises in providing customised short-term summer schools around the world--so far it has been invited to Sierra Leone, Uganda, Thailand and India.

Tessy retains her royal title until her divorce is finalised. She has two sons, princes Gabriel and Noah with prince Louis.
