The fixed speed camera will start to operate in late November as Delano’s sister site Paperjam reported on 19 October, quoting l’Essentiel. The device has been placed on the road between Belval and Micheville, at the beginning of the tunnel to France.

It’s the first out of the four planned speed cameras which will be installed before the end of 2017.

In 2016, 20 fixed speed cameras were installed in dangerous spots across the grand duchy to reduce traffic fatalities.
