Zwick will be director in charge of the investment fund business and Wampach, director in charge of banking supervision.

Zwick, a Luxembourg national, has been a member of the executive management committee of RBC Investor Services Bank since 2015. From 2005 to 2015, he was of head of compliance and risk management at Schroders Investment Management Luxembourg, prior to which he amassed several years of experience with various Luxembourg banking institutions. He holds a master of business administration from Sheffield Business School (Hallam University).

Wampach, also a Luxembourg national, is currently senior management consultant and deputy head of banking supervision at the CSSF. He is also the Luxembourg representative to the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision. He holds a doctorate in economics from the Catholic University of Louvain.
