Tenants can choose to lease the pop-up spaces in rue Philippe II from as little as one month or as long as six months. They should have a registered business but do not necessarily need to have run a shop before or have a lease on shop space elsewhere. Rents vary depending on the nature of the business and start at €650 per month for startups.
All sorts of shops, services and workshops are welcome under the general rules, with the exception of food and drinks businesses, such as restaurants and bars.
