Bechet is no longer CEO of Inowai, a major player in the commercial and residential real estate sector. After more than 15 years in this role, he becomes its executive chairman, as announced Thursday to more than 440 people gathered for the company’s annual conference.

This is a "necessary strategic change in line with the new company policy," Bechet explained. “In addition to the functions naturally linked to the title of executive chairman, I will devote my energy to the deployment of Inowai and the relations of certain 'key accounts' who have trusted me for several years now, even decades."

Already a partner for nearly 10 years, Montrieux was chosen by the board of directors to take over. His role will be in particular "to support this strategic turning point as well as possible, to succeed in our digital transition and to seize the opportunities linked to digital", while "real estate is in full evolution".

"In recent years, real estate has adapted to our new ways of living," says the new CEO. “Shops are reinventing themselves to adapt to online commerce, offices and homes are being transformed into meeting places. New technologies...represent a tremendous opportunity for our business and will undoubtedly allow us to revolutionise the experience we offer our customers. This customer experience will now be our business project, our vision."Moreover, "Inowai embodies three values: excellence, people and innovation."

To achieve this goal, he will be able to count on the expertise of Bechet, as well as the management team which sees Marc Baertz become chief financial officer and Tehdi Babigeon take on the role of commercial director. Julien Pillot will be the head of the office agency, while Sophie Laurent will be the head of the administrative team.

This structural change is accompanied by a reorganisation of the offer around three complementary areas: transaction, management and advice.

“Today I consider myself to be the coach of a high-level team. My role will now be to catalyse the energy and talents of Inowai in order to conquer the best victories,” Montrieux added.
