The pandemic represents one hell of a challenge to the entire music industry.

The live performance sector has gone into a complete standstill, record releases have been postponed, an exorbitant amount of shows have been cancelled... It is a situation none of us deemed even possible just two years ago. And still we all have to face it now. And we’ll all fight in order to reach the other side.

The A, active since 1995, has an entire network of professionals working in the music industry, ranging from agents, bookers, electricians to tour managers. And we have asked 18 people from the industry the same set of 7 questions. With this series of interviews, our aim is put the spotlight on how the sector is trying to survive, adapt and evolve in light of the pandemic. Where do they get their motivation from to carry on?

Get a glimpse of the unique situation the music industry finds itself in.
