- Popwork, a Luxembourg-based website where users book temporary workspace in several European cities, has marked its first anniversary.
- 28,946 new vehicles were registered in Luxembourg during the first six months of the year, up 2.2% compared to the January to June 2016 period.
- The board of Zurich Insurance has nominated as its next CEO Michel Liès, the former CEO of Swiss Re. The Luxembourger’s appointment will be voted on during the insurer’s next annual meeting, in April 2018.
- The new Opkorn shopping center in Differdange, anchored by an Auchan supermarket, is set to open on 26 October.
