In the context of an ongoing conference cycle on AI running until March 2022, the artist Tamiko Thiel will discuss deep fake and virtual reality in artistic practices. 

Expanding the Moving Image will touch upon the artist’s work as the lead product designer of the first AI supercomputer Connection Machine CM1/CM2 (in 1989 the fastest computer on earth), as well as her 2020 project charmingly named Lend Me Your Face!
