MNHA curator and head of the museum’s arts department, Ruud Priem, will give a behind the scenes look at the conception of the museum’s latest temporary exhibition, conceptualised around works by Edward Steichen.

Photographs, sculptures and watercolours by contemporary artists Hans Op de Beeck and Erwin Olaf stand in dialogue with photography by Edward Steichen in the MNHA exhibition, which was designed for the museum.

In his talk, Priem will offer an insight into the curatorial work that went into this exhibition and other artists it was inspired by.

The talk is in English and free of charge. For more information on how to register, visit
