Come to Café Bovary for a jazz concert on Thursday night.

“JZ” is made up of saxophonist Zhenya Strigalev and drummer Jamie Murray. The duo are London-based but have toured in Germany, Austria, Spain and elsewhere.

“The focus here is to create something very tight and precise (which is often not possible with bigger groups) while being totally free and creative,” says the event page. “There are a lot of heavy swinging grooves, complex melodies as well as some, more catchy and simple, which will please everybody (although that’s not the goal).”

Tickets are €15 and reservations are necessary.
