Games festival for children

Luxembourg City’s games festival will allow children “to romp and rollick” as much as they want, say the event organisers.

The Kanner in the city (Children in the city) event, which is part of the Luxembourg City Tourist Office’s “Summer in the City” programme, is held on the last weekend of July.

It turns the city centre into a giant playground for children (aged 4 to 12) and their parents and includes activities and street performers from around Europe.

The locations include: Place Guillaume II, Place d’Armes, Place Jan Pallach, Rue des Capucins playground (only 28 July) and Place du Puits-Rouge (only 28 July).
