Artists and shoppers alike are invited to the Foundry in Hollerich on 8 October for the first-ever “Creators’ Market.” Browse and buy art, partake in a workshop or two, swap art supplies, eat lunch and bring your dog.

More than 20 artists will be at the Creators’ Market on Sunday, 8 October, selling everything from paintings and jewellery to candles, ceramics and lino prints.

Besides shoppers, the event is simultaneously geared towards artists: a second-hand art corner will be set up where you can bring old art supplies that you don’t want anymore and take home somebody else’s. (”Someone’s trash is someone else’s treasure,” points out the event webpage.) Workshops will also run throughout the day, courtesy of the .

The “Taza in Lux” food truck will be at the site during lunchtime, while the Foundry bar will also be open 12:00-6:00pm.

The dog-friendly event is organised by Jana Wagner, artist and ; Elise Guerin, ; and Thea Van Wuellen, artist.
