Alfi expert briefing on liquidity management

The Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry (Alfi) is organising a virtual expert briefing on liquidity management tools, which will focus on operational aspects.

The expert briefing livestream will cover the consultative work of the Financial Stability Board (FSB) and the International Organization of Securities Commissions (Iosco) on liquidity management. Policymakers’ “recommendations include liquidity bucketing and greater inclusion and more consistent use of liquidity management tools (LMT) in both normal and stressed market conditions,” notes Alfi.

Speakers will include John Hosie (Franklin Templeton International Services), Adam Jackson (Blackrock), Geoff Radcliffe (Blackrock), Mara Shreck (JP Morgan Chase & Co) and David Zackenfels (Alfi).

The agenda includes discussion of operational details, as well as public policy and regulatory considerations.
