30th BLC car boot sale

The British Ladies Club of Luxembourg holds the 30th edition of its “Great BLC Car Boot Sale” in Kirchberg.

The British Ladies Club jamboree features bikes, books, clothes, furniture, home décor items, toys and surprising finds. Plus refreshments will be on hand.

The BLC said that both members and non-members can “sell your unwanted treasures from the boot of your car or at a table. Any profit you make is yours.” A stall for BLC members costs €25 and bookings open on 1 April; a stall for non-BLC members costs €30 and bookings open on 8 April. “All profits from the sale of spots is passed to our charities,” as are proceeds from the BLC stand.

Volunteers to help run the event are also sought.

The BLC’s website said it has more than 200 members, representing 36 nationalities, and that the group has donated a total of €4,900 to charities--such as Think Pink and Young Minds--in the 2022-2023 period.
