Yves Germeaux has over 23 years of experience in corporate finance within multinational groups in aviation and steel. Before joining ATOZ in 2018, Yves has held chief financial officer and vice president corporate finance positions at Luxaviation and Cargolux. Yves advises airlines, lessors and other aviation players in the structuring and execution of innovative and efficient financing solutions, in M&A activities, in the preparation of fleet orders and in risk management strategies. Yves is a regular speaker at aviation finance conferences and events. He is also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance of the University of Luxembourg.
