Elisabeth Margue is a Senior Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution as well as the Administrative Law, Property, Construction & Environment practices of Arendt & Medernach. She specialises in commercial and civil law matters with a focus on civil liability cases, contractual disputes and insurance coverage disputes (professional liability, medical matters, major accidents and personal injuries.) She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2016 and joined Arendt & Medernach the same year. In October 2022, she was elected as a MEP. Elisabeth holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) as well as a Master degree in Law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II).
