Stéphanie Weydert is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions practice of Arendt & Medernach where she specialises in corporate law, advising multinational companies, financial institutions and insurance companies.

She has been a member of the Luxembourg Bar since 2011 and a candidat notaire since 2012.

Stéphanie is first alderman of the municipality Rosport-Mompach and vice-chairman of the Chrëschtlech-Sozial Vollekspartei.

In 2013/2014, she served on the committee of the Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Luxembourg.

She holds a Master’s degree in business law from the University of Law, Economics and Science Aix-Marseille III, a Master’s degree in European Business Law from the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas as well as a Master of Laws degree in International Financial Law from King’s College in London.
