Petya Dimitrova is a Partner at ATOZ Tax Advisers in the International and Corporate Tax department. Petya has over a decade of experience in Luxembourg, advising private equity and real estate firms as well as multinational corporations on various complex and cross-border tax matters including fund set-ups, deal structuring, M&A and divestitures. Petya, a native of Bulgaria, studied Business and Tax Law at the University of Nancy in France. She is a qualified Luxembourg Chartered Accountant, and a member of the OEC. With a particular interest in private equity, Petya is an active member of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association (LPEA).
