Sophie Lamothe joined MOLITOR in 2013 and she is Counsel in MOLITOR's Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Insurance and Real Estate departments. Sophie has in-depth knowledge and more than ten years experience in commercial and civil dispute resolution and she has developed a solid expertise in insurance and liability matters. Sophie also specialises in real estate and construction. Her work includes property law, commercial and residential leases and issues relating to joint ownership and neighbourhood nuisances and construction insurance. Sophie is Avocat à la Cour and she is admitted to the Luxembourg Bar. She graduated from the University Paul Verlaine, Metz and has a PhD in Private Law from the same university.
