The former vice-president of Horesca, Steve Martellini, was officially appointed Secretary General of the professional association in March 2024. Born on July 25, 1987, in Luxembourg and father of two children, Steve Martellini first pursued studies in Diekirch and Ettelbruck before entering the world of gastronomy in 2010. He started at the inn Aal Veinen Beim Hunn in Vianden before taking over the management of two establishments: the restaurant Beim Bertchen in Walhausen and the restaurant-brasserie Koeppe Jemp in Hoscheid-Dickt. Since 2016, he has been a member of the board of directors of Horesca, of which he took over the vice-presidency four years later. At the same time, he also became a trainer at the House of Training for all topics related to the hospitality industry.
