Stan Torba's carreer started in HR for the banking sector. After few years he joined the big4 environment where he rose rapidly through the ranks.
Working in Deloitte in 1998, be became partner before joining as partner Andersen/Ernst & Young in 2002 to recreate and further expand the same activity.
In the same year, he launched a new business line for the company, that of "Business Support & Advisory”.
Regulatory changes related to the independence of audit firms gave him the opportunity for a management buyout in 2004. The company IQ Solutions was born.
With the back-up of his team, Stan Torba extended the scope of business support. For over than 15 years, they have been providing consulting advisory services, recruitment and compliance and collaborating with clients in the fund industry and banking sector, through providing expertise and operational solutions.
