Mr. Biver has been working in the insurance industry in Luxembourg since 30 years and has actively participated in the development of the sector. He is a member of various working groups at the ACA and the IGSS. In this context, he has also contributed to the elaboration of the implementing provisions of the law applicable to supplementary pension plans. In 1999, Mr. Biver joined Bâloise Luxembourg and developed their pension plan activity. In 2005, he decided to accept a new challenge, which he found at AXA Luxembourg. His objective was to help shaping AXA Luxembourg's position as a major player in the life insurance market. In 2015 he joined the Executive Committee of AXA Luxembourg as Life and Health Director.

Travaillant depuis 30 ans dans l'assurance à Luxembourg, M. Biver a pu participer activement au développement du secteur. Il est membre de différents groupes de travaux à l'ACA et à l'IGSS. Dans ce cadre, il a notamment contribué activement à l'élaboration des dispositions d'exécution de la loi applicable aux plans de pensions complémentaires. En 1999, M. Biver rejoint la compagnie Bâloise Luxembourg afin de développer l'activité relative aux plans de pensions. En 2005, son ambition le poussait à chercher un nouveau défi qu'il a trouvé chez AXA Luxembourg. L'objectif était clair : Donner à AXA Luxembourg l'image et le positionnement d'un acteur incontournable sur le marché de l'assurance vie. En 2015 il rejoint le Comité Exécutif d'AXA Luxembourg comme Directeur Vie et Santé.
