Bernard David is Deloitte Luxembourg’s Head of Tax and a member of the Firm Executive Committee. He previously led the international tax group in Deloitte Luxembourg for a decade. He has more than 20 years of experience in Luxembourg and the US helping corporate clients with their acquisitions, corporate restructuring, IP strategy and business transformation. Bernard is the Chairman of the AMCHAM Luxembourg tax committee. He holds a degree in Applied Economics from the University of Louvain and is a Luxembourg chartered accountant.
