Muhammad Hossen began his career in Australia, where he became a chartered accountant in 1992. He pursued his career throughout Europe before settling in Luxembourg. He worked for a Big Four company for 10 years before joining Nordea Bank, where he held the position of Chief Financial Officer. He then joined RBC Dexia Investor Services Bank. In 2007, he became the Luxembourg CFO and a member of the Executive Committee.
In 2013, he became a partner at Mazars Luxembourg before being appointed managing partner. With his team, he repositioned the firm in the Luxembourg market by developing new service lines.
In 2020, he became Global Head of Asset Management for the Mazars Group and in 2021 he was appointed to the Board of Mazars Europe, which aims to align the strategy of the subsidiaries in Western Europe with the Group's strategy.

Muhammad Hossen débute sa carrière en Australie où il devient expert-comptable agréé en 1992. Il poursuit sa carrière à travers l'Europe avant de s'installer au Luxembourg.
