Jochem van der Wal, attorney at law and
tax adviser, is a partner in the Tax Practice
Group of our Luxembourg office. He
focuses on general Luxembourg and international
tax matters. Other than general
Luxembourg and international tax,
Jochem's particular areas of expertise are
(international) corporate taxes, tax aspects
associated with listed and alternative
investment and real estate funds, and
Iberian peninsula markets. A few years ago,
he was based in the Amsterdam and
London offices on an alternating basis.
Jochem is a member of the Amsterdam bar.
