Anouk Agnes is an independent director, with a focus on financial services.
 
Until May 2022, she served as Economic Advisor to the Prime Minister.
She joined Xavier Bettel’s team after 7 years at ALFI, the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry, where she was the Deputy Director General. 
Previously, she worked as an Advisor to the Minister of Finance for the development of the Luxembourg financial centre. As such, she acted as the General Secretary of the High-level Committee for the Financial Centre, as well as Deputy Director General of Luxembourg for Finance, the Agency for the development of the financial centre. 
 
Anouk Agnes started her career in the area of international development cooperation in the Philippines and in Namibia.  
 
She has Master's degrees in law (LL.M) and in political science (M.Sc).
