Laurent Cooreman has developed a broad network and achieved numerous successes amongst which the launch of the CBRE Luxembourg office, that he opened in November 2008. Having established and successfully developed the company in partnership with CBRE, he decided to leave in 2017 to take on a new challenge. 
Throughout his career, Laurent was intimately involved in Investment Advisory, Project Development Advisory, Letting and Sales Advisory, Valuation, Building Management and Project Management.
Laurent Cooreman is Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and was until 2017 Board Member of LuxReal, Real Estate Association of Luxembourg. Over the past several years, Laurent has often been contacted to share his vision of the evolution of the Luxembourgish Real Estate industry in the newspapers and business publications.
