Natalie Westerbarkey is Director & Head of EU Public Policy at Fidelity International since November 2017 based in Luxembourg & Brussels. She is Board Chair of FIL (Luxembourg) S.A., certified Board Director by Deutsche Börse and member of Luxembourg ILA.
Previously, she worked for the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority ADIA in the UAE for 3 years, in London as Director at Citigroup for almost 9 years, for Clifford Chance as a lawyer, at the European Commission in Brussels and as a lawyer in Germany. She was born and raised in Latin America.
She qualified as a judge in Germany (2002), completed an Executive MBA at Cass Business School (2011), an LLM in International Law at Oxford Brookes University (2005), a certificate at Yale/EDHEC in investment management/risk (2018/2019) and management trainings by Harvard Business School and INSEAD.
