Xavier Guzman is partner and head of the Finance, Projects and Restructuring team of DLA Piper Luxembourg. Xavier focuses on cross-border banking and finance work, including funds finance, secured lending, leveraged and acquisition finance and asset-backed finance, as well as insolvency related work. 
He also deals with global restructurings and assists insurance sector players. He regularly advises banks and other financial institutions, private equity houses, real estate investment structures and other international companies in these fields.
