Joachim Colles began his training in 1987 specialising in building technology in Germany. It was here that he also gained his first years of professional experience and very early on (1992) tackled the subject of bus systems (home automation). In 1996, he continued his professional development in Luxembourg as a project manager in the field of building systems technology and facility management, before moving on to management positions in the electrical installation sector. Intelligent, networked buildings and the theme of energy efficiency are currently more important to him than ever. Transparency and energy billing based on actual consumption make a major contribution to climate protection. This is now guaranteed by ista Luxembourg S.á r.l.!

Joachim Colles a commencé sa formation 1987 dans la spécialisation en technique du bâtiment en Allemagne. C´est là qu´il a également acquis ces premières années d'expériences professionnelles et y a abordé très tôt (1992) le thème systèmes Bus (Domotique). En 1996, il a poursuivi son développement professionnel au Luxembourg en tant que chef de projet dans la domaine technologie de système de bâtiment et Facility-Management  avant d'occuper des postes de direction dans la métier de l'installation électrique. Les bâtiments intelligents et en réseau ainsi que le thème de l'efficacité énergétique lui sont actuellement plus que jamais utiles. La transparence et la facturation énergétique sur la base de la consommation réelle apportent une contribution majeure à la protection du climat.
