François Mousel, Managing Partner of PwC Luxembourg, started as an auditor in the firm in 2005. In 2009, he switched to the CSSF as a senior advisor. 
François rejoined PwC in 2013. He became a partner in 2015, managing a diversified audit and advisory engagement portfolio. He was a member of the exam jury for "réviseur d'Entreprises" in Luxembourg for more than 10 years. Between 2019 and 2023, he held the role of Clients and Markets Leader of PwC Luxembourg. In June 2023 he was elected to join the Board of Directors of the Institut Luxembourgeois des Administrateurs (ILA). 
François holds a Master's degree as “Ingénieur de gestion” from Solvay Business School in Brussels and is a qualified "Réviseur d'Entreprises agréé" as well as a Qualified Chartered Accountant ("Expert Comptable").
