Catherine Pogorzelski is the Country Managing Partner of DLA Piper in Luxembourg.
She advises fund managers and investors on structuring, forming and investing into alternative investment funds, particularly within the private equity, real estate and debt fund sectors. Catherine also helps clients with fund distribution, regulatory matters, corporate law and transactional work related to investment funds and investment management.
Catherine is author of many publications and a regular speaker on fund structuring and private equity related topics (House of Trainings, LPEA and ALFI).
Catherine serves as co‐chair of LPEA’s legal committee. She is also a founding member and board member of Dress for Success Luxembourg, a not‐for‐profit organisation providing suits and accessories to disadvantaged women returning to or entering the workforce.
