Frédéric Lipka is the Managing Director of BPCE Life. He is also a board member of several investment funds. A graduate of ESCP Europe, he began his career at Zurich Financial Service before joining Egis Project, where he held various management positions in France and internationally. In 2007, he joined BPCE Assurances, where he established and led the Life and Non-Life Development department. Appointed to the Executive Committee, he served as CEO of BPCE Prévoyance from 2010 to 2016.
