Born entrepreneur, the current CEO of Tracol Immobilier - Groupe Getral nevertheless got his start in 1995 - after a degree in commercial and financial sciences - in the public sector, at the Media Service of the Ministry of State, before moving to private. After a stint at Euroscript in 2000, he took over in 2003 with his cousin Fabio Marochi, Tracol Construction. During 7 years they will make this company grow, in particular by developing the real estate subsidiary. What was supposed to be only an ancillary activity became their special hobby and this is how Tracol Immobilier was born in 2006. In 2010, they fully sold Tracol Construction to devote themselves to Tracol Immobilier. Today, this entity, a major player in the Luxembourg market, delivers more than 250 housing units per year, carrying out multi-product projects.

Titulaire d'un diplôme en sciences commerciales et financières, Marco Sgreccia a débuté sa carrière dans le secteur public, au Service des Médias du Ministère d'Etat, avant de se tourner vers le privé (Euroscript). Entrepreneur dans l'âme, il reprend en 2003, avec son cousin Fabio Marochi, Tracol Construction. Pendant 7 ans, ils feront croître cette société, en développant notamment sa filiale immobilière. Ce qui ne devait être qu'une activité annexe devient alors leur violon d'Ingres et c'est ainsi que naît en 2006 Tracol Immobilier. En 2010, les deux cousins revendent intégralement Tracol Construction pour se consacrer à Tracol Immobilier. Aujourd'hui, Tracol Immobilier est un acteur majeur sur le marché luxembourgeois et réalise de nombreux projets sur l'ensemble du territoire.
