Alexandra Hoesdorff is the co-founder and CEO of Deal Productions. 
She has over 25 years of experience in audiovisual production/financing in the US and Europe and is an expert in co-production setups. Alexandra was awarded Creative Media Slate Funding and is in development on a slate of feature films and TV series in conjuction with internationally acclaimed talent, financiers, co-producers, broadcasters and sales agents. Her latest projects include Lemon and Poppy Seed Cake by award winning director Benito Zambrano and Poison by Désirée Nosbusch starring Tim Roth and Trine Dyrholm. Alexandra is the first female VP of ULPA Luxembourg Producers' Association and she is a member of the ACE Producers Executive Board. She is an EAVE, Inside Pictures, ACE alumna and a member of EWA, EPC European Producers' Club and EFA European Film Academy.
