Sébastien Labis has nearly 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction fields.

After obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure in 2005, he began his career in France, working for major companies such as Fayat, Bouygues Immobilier, and Financière Duval.

In 2013, Sébastien moved to Luxembourg to join BPI Real Estate Luxembourg. Starting as a Project Manager, he progressed to become the Country Manager in early 2023.

BPI Real Estate is the real estate division of the multidisciplinary group CFE, active in Luxembourg since 2004. Sébastien aims to continue developing residential, office, and mixed projects, emphasizing sustainable construction (using bio-sourced materials, low carbon, energy efficiency, circularity, and occupant well-being) while promoting innovative, inclusive, and eco-responsible urban planning.

Après avoir obtenu un Bachelor Degree en Génie Civil et Infrastructures en 2005, il débute sa carrière en France, au sein de grands Groupes tels que Fayat, Bouygues Immobilier ou encore Financière Duval. 

En 2013, Sébastien rejoint le Luxembourg pour intégrer BPI Real Estate Luxembourg. Entré en tant que Project Manager, il évolue jusqu’à être promu Country Manager début 2023.

BPI Real Estate est le pôle immobilier du groupe multidisciplinaire CFE, actif depuis 2004 au Luxembourg. Sébastien entend poursuivre le développement de projets résidentiels, de bureaux et mixtes, en valorisant la construction durable (matériaux biosourcés, bas carbone, sobriété énergétique, circularité et bien-être des occupants) tout en promouvant un urbanisme innovant, inclusif et écoresponsable.

Nachdem er 2005 einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Bauingenieurwesen und Infrastruktur erworben hatte, begann er seine Karriere in Frankreich bei großen Unternehmen wie Fayat, Bouygues Immobilier und Financière Duval.

Im Jahr 2013 wechselte Sébastien nach Luxemburg, um BPI Real Estate Luxembourg beizutreten. Zunächst als Projektmanager eingestiegen, wurde er Anfang 2023 zum Country Manager befördert.

Sébastien zielt darauf ab, Wohn-, Büro- und gemischte Projekte weiterzuentwickeln und dabei nachhaltiges Bauen zu betonen (Verwendung von nachwachsenden Rohstoffen, geringer CO2-Ausstoß, Energieeffizienz, Kreislaufwirtschaft und Wohlbefinden der Nutzer), während gleichzeitig innovative, inklusive und umweltverantwortliche Stadtplanung gefördert wird.
